The Joint Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, comprising leaders of The Virginia Bar Association and Virginia State Bar in equal measure, seeks to further alternative dispute resolution in its many forms as it develops in Virginia.


How to Join

There are two ways to join the Joint ADR Committee. Which you use depends on whether you are a VBA member or VBA nonmember. Both require Joint ADR Committee members to have a profile on this site. Annual dues are $25.

VBA members can simply add enrollment in the Joint ADR Committee to their membership.

VBA Members: Join Our Section

Members of the Virginia State Bar who are not members of the VBA can join the group by clicking the button below and selecting "Non-Member Joint ADR" as your member type. You will be prompted to create a username and password and fill out profile and payment information. After creating your account, return to this page and click the button above to pay dues.
