Insider’s Tip – Get Involved in the YLD
YLD stands for Young Lawyers Division, an energetic group of 1,400 to which every young practitioner in the VBA is automatically enrolled. Students find the YLD-led Law School Councils a fun way to get active in VBA work and begin networking with licensed lawyers. New lawyers can choose from among several dozen ongoing or special YLD activities that focus on helping others and on providing service to the bar.
We welcome you to our profession and encourage your active participation in the VBA. If you have any questions, please call our office at 804-644-0041 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
