What do Millennials think about ADR? This is an important question.
In law, we have become used to thinking of more experienced lawyers becoming neutrals as they enter different career phases. In fact, we should also acknowledge that younger lawyers will carry the future of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Millennials tell us they want practical tips, e.g. Five Best Practices or Five “Avoid” Practices. They want training that includes model mediations.
Young lawyer members are encouraged to join the ADR Committee so we can tailor some training to meet the needs of our growing profession.
