The Northern Virginia Membership Series Legislative Breakfast, on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Hogan Lovells US LLP in McLean, will feature Dels. David B. Albo and Richard C. "Rip" Sullivan Jr. and VBA lobbyist Jeffrey S. Palmore of Reed Smith.
Delegates (and lawyers) Albo and Sullivan will provide their thoughts on the upcoming General Assembly elections, the 2016 Virginia legislative session, and other issues of interest and importance for lawyers and all Virginians.
Jeff Palmore will describe the VBA’s role in law reform and address some of the issues the VBA may be working on in the coming legislative session.
And the cost for this opportunity? Free.
RSVP by emailing Elizabethfoskey@vba.org by Friday, Sept. 18, or click the button and tell us how many will be in your party.

We'd also like to invite colleagues in Northern Virginia to a live CLE program in Alexandria on Oct. 26 from 3-5 p.m. with a reception afterward. VBA members get a discount on the registration fee.
The program is “How Not to Be Stupid on the Internet: Ethical and Legal Risks of Attorney Marketing in the Digital Age.” It is sponsored by the VBA Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law Section.
Speakers will be L. Steven Emmert, James M. McCauley (VSB) and Robert M. Tyler.
