What to Expect

The 21st Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference, sponsored by the VBA Bankruptcy Law Section, will provide 4.0 MCLE Credit Hours (1.0 Ethics). This conference has been approved for MCLE credit. Presentations include a look at recent rules changes and the new Chapter 13 plan, recent bankruptcy case developments, a business bankruptcy panel, and the ethics session, "What to Do If You Receive a Bar Complaint and How to Avoid One."

The event kicks off on Friday evening with a cocktail reception to welcome meeting attendees and guests. On Saturday, after a breakfast buffet, programming will take place until 12:30 p.m. A luncheon will follow.
