What to Expect

The 19th Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference of The Virginia Bar Association is scheduled for April 29-30, 2016, at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. This seminar, sponsored by the VBA Bankruptcy Law Section, seeks to provide at least 4 hours (1 ethics) of MCLE Credit (approval pending).

Scheduled activities will kick off on Friday evening with a cocktail reception to welcome meeting attendees and guests. After a breakfast buffet, programming will take place Saturday morning until 12:30 p.m. A lunch will follow.

Sessions will feature a number of bankruptcy judges and attorneys from across the state.

VBA Bankruptcy Section Members: $285

VBA Members: $320

Non-VBA Members: $370

Registration includes a Friday night welcome reception, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, and not to mention 4.0 (1.0 Ethics) MCLE hours (approved). The conference is open to all bankruptcy attorneys, but VBA Bankruptcy Section members enjoy a discounted rate. VBA members do, too! If you are not a VBA member, it's not too late to join.

Book Your Room by April 15

Golf Outing
