This conference is a presentation of The Virginia Bar Association Health Law Section in cooperation with the Health Law Section of the Virginia State Bar. What to expect

This conference is approved for 4.0 hours of MCLE credit, including 2.0 hours in Ethics. View the complete agenda below:


12 Noon - 4:30 p.m.

  • The first half of the program will feature a panel discussion on legislative updates
  • Tom Spahn, of McGuireWoods, will present his two-hour ethics program "Ethics Issues Facing Corporate Counsel: Part I (Identifying the Client)."
  • Reception to immediately follow!

Parking information

Parking will be validated. Entering the parking deck from 10th Street, bear to the left and proceed up the ramp to hourly park. Please bring the parking ticket, issued at entry, with you for validation by Williams Mullen. Once parked, follow the sign indicating "Elevators and Stairs to 10th Street" on the east side of the building. Take the parking garage elevator or stairs on the 10th Street side of the parking deck to the street level. Exit the building, then enter lobby of Williams Mullen Center at 200 South 10th Street.
