The Virginia Bar Association office is located in Suite 1120 of the Seventh & Franklin Building at 701 East Franklin Street in downtown Richmond. Parking is available in the lot across Seventh Street from the building. Several parking garages which offer hourly or daily rates are also nearby. Richmond has a strict enforcement policy on street parking. Expired meters, parking during prohibited times (usually 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.), and illegal parking will result in tickets and possible towing by city authorities.
