VBA News Journal Reach the 5,500 members of The Virginia Bar Association in every issue of their official publication! It's a great opportunity to increase your visibility among leaders of the legal profession in Virginia. Schedule: The VBA News Journal is published six times a year (February/March, April/May, June/July, August/September, October/November and December/January). Deadlines: January 25 (February/March), March 15 (April/May), May 15 (June/July), July 25 (August/September), September 15 (October/November), November 15 (December/January). Specifications: All advertisements must be camera-ready in black and white. Specific sizes and advertising rates are listed below.
Advertisements are payable in advance of publication. All advertisements are subject to approval by The Virginia Bar Association prior to publication. The VBA News Journal offers classified advertising. Categories available are as follows: •Positions available Rates are $1 per word for VBA members and $1.50 per word for
non-members, with a $35 minimum, payable at the time of submission.
Ad costs must be paid in advance. The VBA News Journal reserves
the right to review all ad copy before publication and to reject material

Exhibiting at the VBA Annual Meeting Take advantage of this once-a-year opportunity to market your firm's products and services at The Virginia Bar Association's biggest event! The VBA Annual Meeting brings you into contact with leading attorneys throughout Virginia. Exhibitor rates are $600 per booth. Each space includes a draped 6' table and two chairs. If needed, an easel and an electrical outlet can also be provided. Special requirements may be arranged directly with the hotel staff at the exhibitor's expense. Exhibitors are encouraged to donate a product or service. The VBA will help promote a raffle or door prize. For the $600 fee, an exhibitor receives: •One complimentary registration to all VBA events held during the

Become a sponsor of the VBA Annual or Summer Meeting and support the Association's mission of enhancing collegiality among lawyers and judges in Virginia! Sponsorship of a VBA Annual or Summer Meeting is a significant form of support. It strengthens the foundation of the meeting and ensures that the costs of necessities will be covered. A sponsor firm may donate a sum of money that will be used where it is most needed to enhance the meeting, or may underwrite specific events. The VBA will consult with you to determine the event which works best for you and your company. Opportunities include receptions, other social events, and table decorations and music for banquets. Sponsorships range from $2,000 to $8,000. For the contribution, each sponsor receives: •Complimentary registrations for a couple (2 persons) to all meeting
