VBA Well-Represented in 2016 VLF Fellows

Once again, VBA members figure prominently in the 2016 Class of Fellows chosen this month by the Virginia Law Foundation. Fully 70 percent of the 30 lawyers, law professors and retired judges recognized and encouraged for their legal excellence and community involvement are members of The Virginia Bar Association.

The Virginia Law Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the practicing bar in Virginia. Since its founding in 1974, the VLF has provided more than $23 million in grants to support law-related projects throughout the commonwealth. John D. Epps, who served as VBA president in 2009, is president of the Virginia Law Foundation.
