Exhibit at the VBA's Largest Annual Gathering

Imagine your display in a high-traffic area, accessible to a niche audience in the attractive demographic of attorneys, judges and law school professionals. At the Annual Meeting, the Exhibit Hall is located near attendees sign in for the event and in the heart of the conference center. Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks are held nearby, generating more traffic by your display.

Build relationships and generate leads among several hundred lawyers from across Virginia at your booth and at three conference receptions -- Thursday evening, Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. The exhibitor fee includes this access for your primary representative; more representatives can be registered at an additional fee.

Come mingle with our attendees to uncover new customers, reinforce branding, or launch a new product or service. Increase your outreach by exhibiting at the VBA's largest annual gathering. As an added benefit, exhibitors receive a list on-site of meeting attendees with names, firms and cities.

Exhibit hours and set-up

VBA Annual (winter) Meeting

  • 8:15 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2017; and
  • 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017

Set-up occurs Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, at 4 p.m.

Annual Meeting exhibitors that register by Nov. 1, 2016, may appear in the promotional meeting brochure and in emailed meeting notices to VBA members and nonmembers.

Sign up by Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, to have your company name listed as an exhibitor in the conference program, provided on-site. Use the form below to let us know of your interest.

VBA Summer Meeting at the Omni Homestead Resort

  • 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2017; and
  • 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2017

Set-up occurs Thursday, July 19, at 4 p.m.

Sign up by June 1 to have your company name listed in the conference program.

Boost your visibility

At the 2017 Annual Meeting, the VBA plans to have an exhibit hall Passport to Prizes or Bingo card contest as an incentive for attendees to vendor tables. Attendees who fill their cards with stamps obtained by stopping by the booths will be entered in a prize drawing.

Plan to conduct a raffle at your booth or award door prizes for optimal visibility. Share the winners' names and the prizes with the VBA to gain additional notice among VBA members.

Offer eye-catching and different give-aways.

Provide something of value in return for the time attendees spend visiting with you, such as a white paper, subscription to news and information they are interested in.

Your Annual Meeting Exhibit Space

VBA Exhibit Hall at the Williamsburg LodgeA fee of $750 provides:

  • A draped 6-foot table on which to display your goods and services
  • Two chairs
  • Registration for your primary representative, including coffee breaks and breakfast. Register additional representatives for $95 per person
  • A chance for the registered representatives to mingle and meet attendees at three VBA receptions during the conference
  • A listing of your company name in the conference program (Must sign up by Dec. 1)
  • Inclusion of your company name in a slideshow screened at the Friday banquet. Tickets to the black-tie banquet are available at an extra cost
  • Overnight security guard

Special requirements (telephone lines, extension cords, internet connections, etc.) can be arranged directly with the hotel Conference Center at the vendor's expense.

Important to know

Exhibitor fees do not include your hotel stay, but exhibitors do qualify for the VBA group rate for rooms. Book rooms directly with the conference hotel. Find details about room reservations, when available, on the meeting event webpage on the VBA calendar.

Exhibit for $750. Fee includes table space and admission for the exhibitor's primary representative to three receptions. You can register additional representatives and reserve banquet tickets at additional cost. Please note: All potential exhibitors are subject to final confirmation from the VBA office. Contact Caitlin McKelway at 804-644-0041 to check on space availability and exhibitor mix. You will receive a confirmation email when your involvement as an exhibitor is accepted. At that point, your credit card will be charged. DEADLINE FOR MEETING PROGRAM PUBLICITY: DEC. 1.
Approved exhibitors can arrange for special requirements, such as Internet access, with the hotel Conference Center at the vendor's expense.

Please add $95 to the exhibit fee for one additional representative.
