Proposed Changes to the
Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia
The Advisory Committee on Rules of Court is a committee of the Judicial Council of Virginia. The Committee receives proposals for new Rules of Court and for amendments to existing Rules of Court, and it reports on certain proposals in order to solicit comments from the public and the Bar. The Advisory Committee is currently seeking comments on the following proposed amendments to the Rule of the Supreme Court of Virignia: Juror Anonymity Administrative Appeals Requests for Admission Discovery Pending Demurrers Comments on proposals, due by September 1, should be sent to:
