 The VBA Civil Litigation Section is under the direction of Section Chair David Anthony of Richmond. A roster of Section Council members is also available on this site.

Civil Litigation is the VBA's largest section.

The Civil Litigation Section Council Members convene at least twice a year to address administrative issues, evaluate current legislation, and plan for the Section's upcoming activities and projects, including practice-relevant CLE.

Highlights of the Civil Litigation Section's meeting include:

• the planning of CLE programs for meetings of The Virginia Bar Association;
• the commencement of work on the Section's legislative agenda; and
• upgrading this website to post CLE outlines and other material of interest to the Section's membership.
