Discover how you can turn simple activities into sustainable wellness habits.

The Lawyer Wellness Challenge is a 10-day series of activities geared to help you discover the benefits of wellness - and engage in a friendly competition with your peers across Virginia. You do not have to be participating in the Lawyer Wellness Challenge to attend this program - but we can't promise that you'll be able to resist!

:JustinWhen he’s not closing a deal or helping a business navigate a key contract, Justin can be found talking on porches with his friends in Richmond, writing & speaking on the power of habits, or chasing down one of his four sons.

As a writer, speaker and corporate lawyer, Justin believes in the power of words to change things.

Justin is a self-starter, so as a lawyer he doesn’t just think about how to manage risk, he thinks about how to take the right risks. If you need help negotiating a key contract, launching a new venture, navigating an acquisition, or if you are looking for someone to give a keynote about how to unite vision and habit in the workplace – give Justin a call.

Justin primarily handles M&A, PE acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate governance and structuring, non-profit issues and commercial contracts. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
