Please be aware of the Conduct Policy adopted by the Labor & Employment Law Section leadership and approved by the VBA for registrants during this conference. Feel free to contact the section council should you have any questions. While the VBA cannot eliminate all risk of transmission, we have an expectation that you are either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have tested negative in the 24 hours before arriving at the Annual Meeting. We run an honor system and ask that you respect your fellow association members and VBA staff to protect your own health and that of others around you. Masks are available at the registration for all meeting attendees. If you attend the meeting and within 10 days test positive for COVID-19, we request that you notify the VBA immediately (email thevba@vba.org and call our office at 804-644-0041) so that we may advise all staff and attendees. We will NOT share names of those who report as testing positive.
