What to Expect

The 135th Annual Meeting will take place in person Jan. 23-25, 2025, at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia.  Add this not-to-be-missed conference to your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon next to the burgundy headline, "135th Annual Meeting."

Registration for the 135th Annual Meeting is open. To access member-exclusive registration discounts, please sign into your VBA.org account. If you have questions about your membership status, please call the office at 804-644-0041 or email thevba@vba.org. Early bird registration closes Friday, Nov. 8. Advance registration closes Jan. 17, 2025.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to register@vba.org by Jan. 17, 2024, to receive a registration refund less a $75 cancellation fee.

Lodging

Book your room online to take advantage of the VBA discount at the Williamsburg Lodge! Discounted reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the block is full or until December 26, 2024.

There are two ways to reserve rooms:

COVID-19 Safety Policy

While the VBA cannot eliminate all risk of transmission, we have an expectation that you are either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have tested negative in the 24 hours before arriving at the Annual Meeting. We run an honor system and ask that you respect your fellow association members and VBA staff to protect your own health and that of others around you. Masks are available at the registration for all meeting attendees. If you attend the meeting and within 10 days test positive for COVID-19, we request that you notify the VBA immediately (email thevba@vba.org and call our office at 804-644-0041) so that we may advise all staff and attendees. We will NOT share names of those who report as testing positive.
