Registrants will join The Virginia Bar Association and Virginia CLE® at the Verizon Center to learn about ethical advocacy in civil litigation in the Center’s Board Room. Then they will enjoy dinner and refreshments in a club-level suite, where they can watch the Washington Capitals take on the Nashville Predators.

The seminar will be presented in a small-group learning environment and is limited to 22 attendees. MCLE Credit: 2.0 (1.0 Ethics). Plus, attendees will receive a coupon for a free 2-credit online seminar through Virginia CLE, for a total of 4.0 credit hours.

Registration begins at 3:30. The seminar runs from 4 to 6 p.m., beginning with "Civil Litigation Practice Pointers," followed by "Ethical Considerations at Trial and During Mediation." Dinner at 6 p.m. Puck drops at 7 p.m.


Regular registration is $365. It includes the seminar, printed materials, game admission, dinner and beer, wine and soft drinks, plus the coupon for a free 2-credit online Virginia CLE seminar.

Want to bring a guest to the game? A $660 fee covers the above for the primary registrant plus one guest ticket for dinner, the game and suite admission.

Parking is not provided as part of the seminar but is available at nearby commercial lots. The Verizon Center is near the Gallery Place/Chinatown metro station, on the Red Line, Yellow Line and Green Line. Get additional information on parking and transportation options.
