The deadline to submit legislative proposals for consideration in the VBA's 2025 legislative agenda is Aug. 23, 2024. Fill out and submit the form below.

Legislative Day will take place Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024, at 1 p.m. via Zoom. Every group proposing legislation must have a representative in attendance to summarize the bill.

Please provide thorough answers to each of the questions below.
1. VBA Section, Committee, or Affiliated Entity: *
2. Who will attend Legislative Day to present the proposal on behalf of the group? *

3. What is the nature of the issue leading you to suggest legislation? *In other words, what problem are you trying to address? Is there case law or Code language that's problematic?
4. What recent activity related to this issue are you aware of? *
