The Bankruptcy Section holds its annual conference generally each spring in such locations as Richmond and Williamsburg, Virginia, and Duck, North Carolina, offering section members CLE credits as well as networking opportunities with other bankruptcy law practitioners.

The Section also reviews, comments upon and, in appropriate circumstances, participates directly in the legislative and regulatory process on matters of professional interest to our members. Each year, the Section distributes a legislative summary to the membership immediately after the session of the Virginia General Assembly.
