The Corporate Counsel Section brings together inside counsel and other VBA members with a special interest in issues of corporate governance.

Annually for more than 20 years, the Section has presented a Corporate Counsel Fall Forum. These seminars have provided from 4.0 to 7.0 MCLE Credits from the Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board. The educational programming is open to all lawyers, with discounts for VBA members and for members of the VBA Corporate Counsel Section.

VBA members in good standing are eligible for membership in the Section.

VBA applicants shall be admitted to the Section upon receipt of dues and membership approval as well as payment of the Section dues. New members can add the section by clicking the Join Our Section button or going to vba.org/sectionstore, adding the section to your cart and checking out.
