Exhibit At One Of The VBA's Largest Annual Gatherings

Imagine your display in a high-traffic area, accessible to a niche audience in the attractive demographic of attorneys, judges and law school professionals. At this year's Summer Meeting, exhibitors have two choices of locations: in the Mt. Vernon Room, where attendees will gather for coffee and refreshments between programs ($950), or on attendee's way to the VBA Registration/Information Desk and the heart of the conference center ($800). Select your choice of location to attract traffic near your display.

Build relationships and generate leads among several hundred lawyers from across Virginia at your booth as well as at a conference reception. The exhibitor fee includes attendance at Thursday's welcome reception for your primary representative; more representatives can be registered with an additional fee.

Come mingle with our attendees to enhance your experience and increase your outreach. As an added benefit, exhibitors receive a list on-site of meeting attendees with names, firms and cities.

Exhibit hours and set-up

VBA Summer Meeting at The Omni Homestead Resort

  • 2 p.m.-6 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019;
  • 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2019; and
  • 8:30 a.m.-11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2019

Set-up occurs Thursday, July 18, at 2:00 p.m. Please check in at the VBA Registration Desk. Thursday exhibitors benefit from visibility from registrants checking in for meeting materials.

Sign up by June 25 to have your company name listed in the conference program. But for the best choice of tables, act now. Fill out and submit the form below to let us know of your interest.

An added bonus: Your company will receive recognition in the VBA Journal and on the VBA website, www.vba.org. And early exhibitors will be promoted in an email to all VBA members.

The VBA also invites exhibitors to the VBA Annual Meeting, held each January. The 130th meeting will be at the Williamsburg Lodge Jan. 23-25, 2020. Contact Kylie Hinson to express your interest.

Boost your visibility

Plan to conduct your own raffle at your booth or award door prizes for optimal visibility. Share the winners' names and the prizes with the VBA to gain additional notice among VBA members.

Offer eye-catching and different give-aways.

Plan especially to be in view during breaks in programming and into the afternoon. Meeting attendees tell us that they missed visiting with exhibitors because when the lawyers were free, exhibitors were not present.

Provide something of value in return for the time attendees spend visiting with you, such as access to content they are interested in.

Your Summer Meeting Exhibit Space

Exhibitor Diagram 2019-Omni Homestead A fee of $950 in the room with refreshments (Tables 8-17) or $800 in the Colonnade (Tables 1-7) provides:

  • A draped 6-foot table on which to display your goods and services
  • Two chairs
  • Registration for your primary representative, including coffee breaks. Register additional representatives for $100 per person
  • Access for registered representatives to mingle and meet attendees at Thursday's opening VBA reception during the conference
  • A listing of your company name in the conference program, provided on-site. (Must sign up by June 25)
  • Inclusion of your company name in a slideshow screened at the Friday banquet. Tickets to the black-tie banquet and reception are available at an extra cost of $120 per person. Banquet-goers should be sure to reserve seating near the meeting registration area.
  • Overnight security guard

Special requirements (telephone lines, extension cords, internet connections, etc.) can be arranged directly with the hotel Conference Center at the vendor's expense.

Important to know

Exhibitor fees do not include your hotel stay, but exhibitors do qualify for the VBA group rate for rooms. Book rooms directly with the conference hotel. Find details about room reservations, when available, on the meeting event webpage on the VBA calendar.

Exhibit fees vary by table location. Fees include table space and admission for the exhibitor's primary representative to Thursday's opening reception. You can register additional representatives and reserve banquet tickets at additional cost. Please note: All potential exhibitors are subject to final confirmation from the VBA office. Contact Khadijah Vasser at kvasser@vba.org or 804-644-0041, ext. 120, to check on space availability and exhibitor mix. You will receive a confirmation email when your involvement as an exhibitor is accepted. At that point, your credit card will be charged. DEADLINE FOR MEETING PROGRAM PUBLICITY: JUNE 25.
Approved exhibitors can arrange for special requirements, such as Internet access, with the hotel Conference Center at the vendor's expense.
