Exhibit at the VBA's Largest Annual Gathering

Imagine your display in a high-traffic area, accessible to a niche audience in the attractive demographic of attorneys, judges and law school professionals.

Either option you choose, you'll be able to build relationships and generate leads among several hundred lawyers from across Virginia at conference receptions - Thursday, Friday and Saturday - at the Annual Meeting. The exhibitor fee includes this access for your primary representative; additional representatives can be registered at an additional fee. You can also rub elbows with meeting attendees and their guests on Friday by adding tickets for the banquet to your order. 

Connect with the people who matter in your industry. Come mingle with our attendees and discover new customers, reinforce branding, or launch a new product or service. Increase your outreach by exhibiting at the VBA's largest annual gatherings. As an added benefit, exhibitors receive a list on-site of meeting attendees with names, firms and cities.

Exhibit inside the room where attendee morning and afternoon refreshments breaks will occur. Generate more one-on-one interactions by locating your display at a destination point.

The Annual meeting will continue to offer exhibit space in the conference center lobby, located near the VBA Registration Desk and in the heart of the conference center.

VBA Annual Meeting

  • 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2020; and
  • 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020

Set-up occurs Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, at 4:00 p.m.

Sign up by Dec. 20, 2019, to have your company name listed as an exhibitor in the conference program, provided on-site. Use the form below to let us know of your interest.

As an added bonus: Your company will receive recognition in the VBA Journal and on the VBA website, www.vba.org.

Boost your visibility

We want to help you make your visit with the VBA members a successful one. To increase traffic throughout the exhibit area, the VBA will provide a card to each attendee to encourage members to visit exhibitor tables. If the attendees visit 100% of the exhibitors, they are eligible to submit their card for a raffle drawing.

This is where you come in. If you are interested in donating a raffle prize, please let us know. Prize donors will receive recognition of their generosity online, printed on the raffle ticket itself, in the program materials and on-site at the event. 

Your Annual Meeting Exhibit Space

A fee of $950 for the room with refreshments or $800 for the conference center lobby provides:

  • A draped 6-foot table on which to display your goods and services
  • Two chairs
  • Exhibitor registration for your primary representative, which includes coffee breaks, breakfast and Thursday, Friday and Saturday receptions
  • A chance for the registered representatives to mingle and meet attendees at three VBA receptions during the conference
  • A listing of your company name in the conference program (Must sign up by Dec. 20)
  • Inclusion of your company name in a slideshow screened at the Friday banquet. Tickets to the black-tie banquet and reception are available at an extra cost of $125 per person

Special requirements (telephone lines, extension cords, internet connections, etc.) can be arranged directly with the hotel conference center at the vendor's expense. 

Important to know

Exhibitor fees do not include your hotel stay, but exhibitors do qualify for the VBA group rate for rooms. Book rooms directly with the conference hotel. Find details about room reservations, when available, on the meeting event webpage on the VBA calendar.

Exhibit fees vary by location at the winter meeting. Your fee includes table space and admission for the exhibitor's primary representative to two receptions. You can register additional representatives and reserve banquet/reception tickets at additional cost. Please note: All potential exhibitors are subject to confirmation from the VBA office. Contact Kylie Hinson at khinson@vba.org or 804-644-0041, ext. 124, to check on space availability and exhibitor mix. You will receive a confirmation email when your involvement as an exhibitor is accepted. At that point, your credit card will be charged. DEADLINE FOR MEETING PROGRAM PUBLICITY: DEC. 20.
Approved exhibitors can arrange for special requirements, such as Internet access, with the hotel Conference Center at the vendor's expense.
