The Birkman Assessment reliably identifies needs, motivations and behaviors, revealing how individuals function in organizations. This insight provides specific understanding of the self and others in leadership settings.

Note: Enrollees will receive a link to a personal Birkman style questionnaire in early December and must complete and submit the questionnaire according to instructions to be able to participate effectively.
