Legislative proposalsFor its 2025 legislative agenda, the Board of Governors approved 10 proposals from four sections plus additional bill recommendations from the affiliated Boyd-Graves Conference and the Virginia Family Law Coalition. The VBA receives legislative proposals for the following year's agenda until mid-August and considers them at Legislative Day in September. |
