  1. Two single registrations to the meeting (does not include separately ticketed events)
  2. Premier seating for up to two at the banquet
  3. One bottle of champagne delivered to designated representative’s guest room
  4. Recognition at the event, including listing in PowerPoint presentation during the banquet as a meeting Ruby Level Sponsor
  5. Recognition from the podium by the VBA president
  6. Inclusion in the event poster at the VBA registration desk of all meeting sponsors
  7. Recognition in conference program brochure, circulated on-site
  8. Recognition in a VBA blast email sent as conference promotional materials
  9. Recognition in the VBA Voice e-newsletter

  12. One-time-use mailing labels of event attendees (mailer must be approved by the VBA)


  • Submit a sponsor interest form to stake your claim and be included in the preliminary program brochure: Nov. 1
  • Turn in meeting registration form for official sponsor representative: Dec. 1
    • Find online meeting registration and print-and-return forms on the event webpage.
  • Room reservations: Dec. 15 (Room reservations are not included in sponsorship and must be made directly with the hotel. Sponsors qualify for the group room rate as long as space is available.)
  • Confirmation of sponsorship listing in final program brochure, to be circulated on-site: Dec. 15
  • Artwork (high resolution) for signage at the meeting and in the final program brochure: Dec. 15

Multiple sponsorship selections are welcomed. Please note: All sponsorship rates and availability are subject to final confirmation from the VBA office. Contact Yvonne McGhee at 804-644-0041, Ext. 111, to check on availability. If the sponsorship item you selected has been sold, she will suggest alternate sponsorship opportunities that meet your needs. You will receive a confirmation email when your sponsorship is accepted. Sponsors not paying in advance with a credit card will be invoiced. Submit your request for a sponsorship by NOV. 1 to be listed in the promotional pamphlet mailed to every VBA member. DEADLINE FOR FINAL MEETING PROGRAM PUBLICITY: DEC. 1.
