This five-day event event of the VBA, in partnership with the Virginia Judges & Lawyers Assistance Program and the Virginia Law Foundation, supports all dimensions of well-being.

• Tuesday's focus is on emotional wellness and includes a free webinar on stress management.
• Wednesday visits intellectual well-being with a free webinar on personal financial health.
• Thursday's free webinar investigates the occupational risks legal professionals may face.
• And on Friday, the challenge hopes to prompt social and spiritual well-being.
