Connect, learn and stay up to date at the premiere conference for labor and employment attorneys in Virginia! The VBA's Labor and Employment Law Section welcomes you to this year's conference, which will be held fully in-person.
CLE: 12.5 (2.0 Ethics) Approved
All registrations include access to breakfast buffets, break services, receptions, the Friday luncheon and hospitality suites. Guests may join primary registrants at receptions and hospitality suites at no extra cost. If a guest would like to attend the Friday luncheon, a ticket can be purchased for $55 during registration.

The Friday Night Dine Arounds are a unique staple of the VBA's L&E Conference that you won't want to miss! Enjoy an evening of great food and conversation with other attendees and colleagues. Please note that Dine Arounds are pay-your-own-way and spots are limited.
The Annual Conference Golf Tournament will be held starting at 8:40 am on Thursday, Sept. 11 at the Willow Oaks Country Club.
The greens fees, including a cart, are $110/person. If you have any questions or would like more information about the tournament, please contact Preston Ball at pball@williamsmullen.com.
Conference Scholarships
Scholarships are available to public sector (including judicial law clerks), public interest and solo and small-firm attorneys and law students, who otherwise would not be able to attend the conference due to cost.
As a reminder, the scholarship covers only the cost of registration for the conference. The applicant is responsible for his/her own lodging. Scholarship awardees are encouraged to take advantage of the discounted room block, which the VBA has secured for conference attendees.
The deadline to submit an application has passed. All applicants have been contacted as of 8/13/25.
We hope you won't, but if you must cancel, all requests must be submitted in writing to register@vba.org by Sept. 5, 2025, to receive a registration refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
