Bankruptcy Section   

The Bankruptcy Section is for lawyers who work with insolvency, restructuring and debtor-creditor matters, and seek insights into bankruptcy practice at both state and federal levels.

The Section reviews, comments upon and, in appropriate circumstances, participates directly in the legislative and regulatory process on matters of professional interest to our members.
