The Criminal Law Section is for lawyers who prosecute or defend criminal cases and want to engage in dialogue about legal developments, sentencing and justice reform.

Sponsoring CLE programs on topics of national interest tailored to both federal and state practitioners, the Section brings together judges, prosecutors and defense counsel from across Virginia.
