HomeThe Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Section is for lawyers who work with environmental compliance, land use and natural resources, and want to track legal changes affecting Virginia’s environment.
The Section consists of attorneys practicing in the widespread substantive areas affected by federal and state environmental laws. Examples include practitioners involved in environmental regulation and litigation, including the impacts on environmental permitting, land use, business transactions, water rights, regulation of natural resources, mining, and oil and gas development.
In addition, it seeks to provide information, contacts and resources to assist attorneys throughout Virginia in these and related practice areas.
