Real Estate Section   

The Real Estate Section sponsors CLE programs designed to support attorneys in navigating the evolving landscape of real estate law and to promote excellence in transactional and regulatory practice throughout Virginia.

The VBA Real Estate Section Council and the VBA Business Law Section Council established the Legal Opinions Committee of The Virginia Bar Association as a standing committee to serve business practitioners who are called upon to deliver legal opinions in connection with M&A, loan and other commercial transactions. Membership on the Committee is open to any member in good standing of the VBA Real Estate Section or the VBA Business Law Section.
