HomeThe Wills, Trusts & Estates Section has two main committees: a CLE Committee and a Legislative Committee. The primary focus of our Section is to identify the need for reform of laws affecting the wills, trusts and estates practice, prepare draft legislation, secure patrons for such legislation and lobby for its passage.
The Section created a popular handbook for laypeople, "A Guide to the Administration of Decedents' Estates in Virginia."
