Civil Litigation Section   

The Civil Litigation Section is for lawyers who handle disputes in court and want to strengthen their trial skills, stay current on litigation trends and connect with fellow litigators.

The Section Council convenes at least twice a year to address administrative issues, evaluate current legislation and plan for the Section's upcoming activities and projects, including practice-relevant CLE.
