Corporate Counsel Section   

The Corporate Counsel Section is for lawyers who serve as in-house counsel and want to share best practices, navigate legal risk and stay informed on corporate governance issues.

Inside counsel and other VBA members with a special interest in corporate governance come together through this group to connect, collaborate and share insights on key issues.

To expand its impact, the Section has initiated a project to help match in-house lawyers and corporate counsel with pro bono service providers. None of the pro bono service providers listed limits volunteer opportunities to in-house lawyers, but each provider has malpractice insurance that will cover the volunteer attorney.
